Practicals: Hours, Deposits & Cancellations

  • Operating hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday closed (by special appointment only).
  • Deposits: 50% required to secure session; remaining 50% due before or on day of recording.
  • Deposit refunds: Cancellations 7+ days in advance: full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit forfeited.
  • Rescheduling allowed with 48-hour notice. Sessions by appointment only; clients encouraged to book at least 48 hours in advance.
